how babies breastfeed

hi. it's alicia here with expert village again.and i wanted to share with you guys a few more techniques that i have found that havemade breastfeeding in public much easier, convenient and hassle free. so, my first littletrick is you start off with a t-shirt or an undershirt. i chose an undershirt that youdon't mind snipping and cutting up just for this time. so just make it an accurate cuthere, or start the -- start the cut. so kinda put it on, and figure out like where probablyyour nipple is at and pinch the shirt and just make a little cut. and you just repeatit to the other side. okay and then for a straighter cut, i mean, you can cut it whileit's on you. i don't recommend that. that's hard to do unless you're in front of the mirror.but i think it's much harder to get it accurate

and even. so then after you've kind of markedit, take the shirt off and then you're gonna make a slice here. make about a two inch cut. try to make itas even as you can. so you have like, two slits -- about like that. okay? you'll beable to see when you put it on. have an undergarment like this, you can even cut yourself a fewto wear underneath. it makes it much, much easier to breastfeed in public and it alsokeeps your midriff covered.
